How can I return an item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase(s) so let's make this easy!
If it is within the 14 days of your delivery date, then let's talk!
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return/refund or exchange. Returns past the 14 days will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
To be eligible for a return/exchange all tags must still be attached, in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in.
Any returns and/or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org the reasons for your return. Please include your packing slip, original receipt or gift receipt in your return. We do not create return labels. Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and must be reported to us within 2 days of you receiving your package. If you need to exchange it for the same item, it's probably not likely due to the constant changing of inventory. But, send us an email at email@example.com and inquire if such item is available to exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund including any/all taxes will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and will show up as soon as possible depending on your banking institution.
