All orders are packed and shipped by us from North Charleston, SC
We currently only ship to areas within the US.
Sorry we do not ship internationally at this time. Thank you for understanding!
At this time we do not offer express shipping, but we will in the future.
Double check your address! Once it is shipped and it goes to the wrong address and we have to ship again, you will be charged accordingly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing a link to track your package.
Please allow approximately 1 business day for the tracking to start working.

All in stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
When will my order arrive?
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your exact location. Shipping times exclude holidays, weekends or postal delays.

How can I return an item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase(s) so let's make this easy!
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return/refund or exchange. Returns past the 14 days will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
If it is within the 14 days, then let's talk!
To be eligible for a return/exchange all tags must still be attached, in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in.
Any returns and/or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org the reasons for your return. Please include your packing slip, original receipt or gift receipt in your return. We do not create return labels. Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and must be reported to us within 2 days of you receiving your package. If you need to exchange it for the same item, it's probably not likely due to the constant changing of inventory. Send us an email at email@example.com and inquire if such item is available for exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund including any/all taxes will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and will show up as soon as possible depending on your banking institution.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
